We’re a “BIC Blog”!

Over at the recently redesigned In Part Online, the Brethren in Christ Church’s Communications Office is featuring several blogs written by Brethren in Christ authors. the search for piety and obedience is included on the list, alongside other notables like:

  • kata ta biblia, the “the online abode for Patrick George McCullough, a student and educator of the New Testament and Christian origins.” Pat holds dual membership in the Brethren in Christ Church and Mennonite Church USA, formerly served as a pastoral intern at the Grantham Brethren in Christ Church, and currently facilitates a course in biblical interpretation for the Brethren in Christ Church’s Directed Study Program.
  • Pilgrim’s Poems and mental meanderings, a blog of poetry and visual art maintained by my friend Susan K. Getty. (Susan’s a very talented writer and a member of the Grantham Brethren in Christ Church.)
  • Shalom House, an appropriately titled blog chronicling the experiences of the residents of Shalom House, an intentional community of peacemakers in Philadelphia. The community is sponsored by my church, Circle of Hope.

Be sure to check out the other “BIC Blogs” at In Part Online. Looks like the search for piety and obedience is in good company!

  1. Thanks, Devin. I hadn’t realized In Part had set that page up. Sweet 🙂

Congratulations! This is very exciting. Some day other bloggers will be congratulated when their blogs are featured on http://www.thesearchforpietyandobedience.com (you’re blog will be a website then).
